Laura built her career at the intersection of athletic performance and tactical health. With a Master’s in Nutrition and Dietetics from Saint Louis University and a foundation in nutrition, exercise science, and sports studies from the College of Saint Benedict, she has spent over five years working with athletes and the people who run into burning buildings for a living.
Her approach is grounded in listening first. Trained in motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral therapy, Laura knows that sustainable change doesn’t come from a rigid protocol — it comes from a plan built around someone’s actual life. She specializes in tactical athletes: firefighters, law enforcement officers, and military professionals who need their bodies to perform under pressure, day after day.
That focus is why she started Fuel Performance Nutrition. Every client — whether they’re chasing a PR or working a 24-hour shift — deserves expert, evidence-based nutrition that actually fits their life.
Outside of work, Laura enjoys cooking, hiking, and getting into the mountains whenever possible. At home, she stays busy with her husband, her son, and a dog who thinks every trail is his personal invitation.
Anthony works at the crossroads of nutrition and performance. With a Master’s in Dietetics and a background in nutrition and exercise physiology, he brings both clinical knowledge and real-world experience — as a former competitive ice hockey player and triathlete, he knows firsthand what it takes to train hard and recover well.
He has worked with Ironman athletes, NCAA collegiate teams, developing athletes, and tactical professionals across a range of goals and experience levels. His approach is performance-driven but realistic: build strategies that fit your schedule, your sport, and your life.
Outside of work, Anthony spends his time off-road cycling, rock climbing, and traveling. He’s passionate about helping clients take ownership of their health and show up with confidence — in competition and in everyday life.
Kim has spent over a decade as a board-certified sports dietitian, working with athletes and tactical professionals who need their bodies to perform when it matters most. Her background spans active duty and civilian military nutrition, a fellowship in collegiate sports nutrition, and doctoral-level training — giving her a depth of perspective that’s hard to find in one provider.
She has worked across all levels of competition and with first responders who operate under sustained physical and mental pressure. Whatever you’re working toward — a body composition goal, a performance breakthrough, or just figuring out where to start — Kim focuses on leaving every client with a plan they understand and feel ready to use.
Outside of work, you’ll find her in the kitchen, the gym, or her vegetable garden. At home, she stays busy with her husband, a toddler who runs the household, and a cat and dog who are along for the ride.
