By accessing or using fuelpn.com ("Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This Website is owned and operated by Fuel Performance Nutrition LLC ("Company," "we," or "us"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Website.
Fuel Performance Nutrition LLC provides virtual nutrition counseling and coaching services to eligible clients. All services are subject to a separate client services agreement. Use of this Website does not establish a dietitian-client relationship. A professional relationship is only formed after a formal intake process, confirmation of eligibility (including state licensure requirements), and execution of a client agreement.
Our dietitians are licensed to provide services in select states. By booking an appointment, you confirm that you reside in a state where we are currently licensed to practice. It is your responsibility to verify eligibility before scheduling. A current list of eligible states is available on our Schedule and Services pages.
All appointments are conducted virtually via secure video call. We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. A $50 late cancellation or no-show fee will be charged for appointments cancelled or missed without at least 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled start time. This fee is non-refundable.
Payment is collected at the time of booking. We accept all major credit and debit cards. HSA and FSA cards are typically accepted for nutrition counseling with a Registered Dietitian. Insurance reimbursement is the client's responsibility — we can provide superbills upon request to support out-of-network claims. We do not guarantee insurance reimbursement.
All content on this Website — including text, graphics, logos, and materials — is the property of Fuel Performance Nutrition LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
You agree not to use this Website for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful or offensive content, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website, or to interfere with the Website's operation in any way.
